We generally send out emails on a regular basis. Most people just send a reply or send out an email, without even their name at the end. Some have their name. Some have a signature line. Your signature line is one the easiest ways to promote the brand. It is in essences your electronic business card.
I know that many use their email for personal as well as anything to do with the Auxiliary. The signature line promotes who you are and what we do. Business cards cost money and may only reach a few people. If 100 of our members send out 5 emails a day, that is 500 electronic business cards a day. Most of us email something daily, 365 * 500 = 182,500 brand impressions for the cost of a click. That is a lot of FREE advertising on who we are and what we do.
This little change can open the door to opportunity for new members, supporters, and those our programs can touch.
